Spacious and clean apartments in a good location. There are many cafes and shops nearby. You can rent a bike from the owner, although they take your documents as collateral. You feel safe, private area, CCTV cameras.
No hot water. There is no automatic flush, the toilet is flushed from the barrel with a ladle! The price/quality does not match - for this money there were other options with amenities. There are not enough utensils in the kitchen to make it convenient to cook.
